Deadline for receipt of transfer credit (on an official transcript) for pending undergraduate degree candidates. If transfer credit is not received by this date, the student's degree application will be denied and the student will be required to submit a degree application in a future term.

Last day for students to make changes to the diploma address in myBama (Click View Graduation Applications link). Any changes made to the diploma address on the degree application after this date will not be reflected in the diploma order and will lead to delays in the receipt of diplomas.

Students may edit middle name and suffix on the degree application. These edits are for the diploma name only and do not change the official name on the academic record. Any other changes to the name must be filed in accordance with the UA name change policy. Changes made after this date will not be reflected on the diploma.
